ProBar Master Instructors

Master Instructors have not only gone through ProBar courses and contributed to its development, they have also been individually vetted over time, demonstrating ability to teach, program, execute and grow, tapping into their expansive training or rehabilitation background. They have also displayed commitment to engage and promote the ProBar in their community to help raise awareness about the brand, the product and its benefits. Master Instructors teach our 4-hour ProBar Fundamentals course.

Chris Nentarz

Master Instructor

Chris is a Physical Therapist, Performance Specialist, and Educator. He currently lives in Buffalo, NY where he is the owner of Move Well 1:1 Physical Therapy. Chris specializes in movement science and sports orthopedic rehabilitation. He holds over 19 years experience working with athletes of all levels, including athletes from the NFL, MLS, World Soccer, NBA, professional triathletes, US Lacrosse and MLB. His previous work experience includes Athletes’ Performance, Los Angeles, as well as, a lead consultant for many professional athletic organizations.

Kati Terray

Master Instructor

Kati Terray has been coaching clients toward better health and fitness since 2009 and is the co-owner of Breakthrough Strength & Fitness in Woodland Hills, California. She is a certified kettlebell (SFG Level II) and barbell (SFL) instructor through StrongFirst, a Functional Movement Specialist (FMS), a certified TRX instructor, and a Precision Nutrition Coach. Kati is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), a Yoga Tune Up® Teacher, a Level I teacher of iRest Yoga Nidra, and has completed extensive, specialized training in breath work and conscious relaxation practices.

Caleb Terray

Master Instructor

Caleb Terray is the co-owner of Breakthrough Strength & Fitness in Woodland Hills, California. He has been a dedicated fitness coach since 2009 and is a certified kettlebell (SFG Level II), barbell (SFL) and bodyweight (SFB) Instructor through StrongFirst, a Functional Movement Specialist (FMS), and a certified TRX instructor. Caleb also has devoted over 20 years of his life to the study and practice of various martial arts for self-defense purposes and is an apprentice instructor in Chinatown Jeet Kune Do.

ProBar Trainers & Ambassadors

ProBar Ambassadors have attended either the Live Fundamentals Workshop or completed online training and have demonstrated knowledge and skill as early adopters and contributed during the development phases of the ProBar. This group consists of fitness trainers (group or individual), physical therapists, and athletes.
