04 Sep TRX Training Announces New Partnership with ProBar Mobility
There are many options when it comes to choosing the exercise methods and equipment that best fit your training. Some products have great variability and scope of use. One such tool is the TRX Suspension Trainer. The TRX Suspension Trainer was introduced 15 years ago, and since has changed the industry, allowing us to enhance bodyweight training anywhere at any time.
Although the Suspension Trainer is a remarkable tool, TRX has flourished through the creation and expansion of its education and products. In addition, TRX has created a world class community of business leaders, educators, trainers and athletes.
For these reasons, among others, we are excited to announce a new partnership with TRX and ProBar Mobility. The ProBar was invented by Phillipe Til and has been on the market for three years. Like the TRX family of products, the ProBar is versatile, portable and can be utilized in a variety of ways to uniquely enhance the efficiency, creativity and effectiveness of your training methods.
The ProBar can be configured in three different ways, short, long and dual, and provides two unique principles of resistance. The ‘Twist and Pull’ resistance (add video) can be utilized in single or long bar configurations. It creates a co-contraction of the body’s stabilizing muscles, thus promoting safer movement through enhanced muscle activation and improved joint mechanics. The leverage resistance principle can be used in single, dual or weighted variations. ProBarIn this manor, the ProBar creates rotational torque which allows great access to training rotational stability and propulsion.
Both TRX and the ProBar Mobility utilize system-based thinking in exercise and program design. System-based thinking allows a paradigm that provides a holistic view on our methods and individuals we work with. Both systems allow us to authentically enhance the way we move and train.
We are excited to collaborate with TRX and the potential that this partnership brings to the fitness industry. Keep an eye out for joint programming and other projects in our efforts to enhance the lives of others though movement and education!
