Probar Training

Our bodies’ natural ability to move freely has been compromised by our modern lifestyles. Even those of us who train regularly still spend hours every day driving or sitting at desks. The truth is, whether you are sedentary or highly active, without attention to mobility, it’s easy to develop asymmetries, imbalances, movement restrictions, and general tightness. ProBar was developed to help people of all walks of life move well.

Learning by doing

Training strength, speed, and endurance are all vital to health and fitness, but so is improving mobility. Often, mobility is overlooked, even though focusing on it can make the biggest difference for your safety and performance. Losing mobility forces the body to compensate, resulting in dysfunctional movement patterns and injuries down the road.

Optimal mobility enables the body to safely handle the stresses of sport and life. Open hips will make a runner faster. Better range of motion in the thoracic spine and shoulders will improve a golfer’s drive. Without mobility, athletes and everyday people can’t maximize their physical performance.

Training with the ProBar and understanding the ProBar Mobility System help to correct poor movement patterns, improve range of motion and joint stability, and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injury due to lack of mobility. In athletics and your everyday, ProBar training can help you move and feel better.
